Position Summary
Learn and Leap Autism Center LLC is seeking a Lead BCBA to support clinical excellence and team development within our center. This role blends direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities, including supervising staff, supporting case quality, and partnering with leadership to ensure efficient, ethical, and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight
- Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, skill assessments) and analyze client data to guide programming
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services across assigned caseload
- Oversee, review, and develop treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress data
- Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill-based assessments) and ensure individualized programming
- Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards and payer requirements
- Lead staff trainings and support professional development
- Collaborate with operations and administrative teams to support efficient service delivery
- Provide parent training and maintain strong family communication
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA trainees
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance support
- Assist with onboarding and training new clinical staff
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all clinical services meet ethical and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with the Director of Operations and clinical leadership to support center goals
- Provide parent training and maintain strong, professional communication with families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers as needed
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a BCBA
- Experience supervising RBTs and/or trainees preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
