Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Valrico, FL, for a Lead Teacher at Learn & Grow Pre-School Corp. The Teacher will plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, engaging children in creative play, fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, and collaborating with staff and parents to support student growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certified
• Completion of required 45 training hours
• Teaching, classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate teaching methods, and educational techniques
• Creativity, adaptability, and organizational skills
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• CDA, ECE, or equivalent credentials preferred
• Passion for early childhood development and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
