• Position Type: Part-Time
• Compensation: Paid per class (approx. $20–$30 per hour)
• Reports To: Operations Coordinator and/or Owner

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift/move ~50 lbs and perform physical class demonstrations
• Proficient in CPR, AED, and First Aid skills
• Relevant medical experience
• Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-proficient (scheduling, documentation, instructor tools)
• Basic A/V setup and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to teach confidently across diverse environments
• Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork values
• Pass a background check and fingerprinting.  (Applicant will be reimbursed if hired.)

• Teaching experience (especially adult education)
• Experience with hands-on or experiential instruction
• Customer service background
• Current AHA, HSI, or ARC Instructor certification
• Relevant medical certification/licensure
• Knowledge of AED manufacturers and current CPR standards
• Experience in sales, client relations, or community outreach
• Commitment to faith-based or service-oriented work
