- Position Type: Part-Time
- Compensation: Paid per class (approx. $20–$30 per hour)
- Reports To: Operations Coordinator and/or Owner

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/move ~50 lbs and perform physical class demonstrations
- Proficient in CPR, AED, and First Aid skills
- Relevant medical experience
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-proficient (scheduling, documentation, instructor tools)
- Basic A/V setup and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to teach confidently across diverse environments
- Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork values
- Pass a background check and fingerprinting. (Applicant will be reimbursed if hired.)
- Teaching experience (especially adult education)
- Experience with hands-on or experiential instruction
- Customer service background
- Current AHA, HSI, or ARC Instructor certification
- Relevant medical certification/licensure
- Knowledge of AED manufacturers and current CPR standards
- Experience in sales, client relations, or community outreach
- Commitment to faith-based or service-oriented work
