Shift Details: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 36 Hours/Week | Every 3rd Weekend & Holiday Rotation
Local Pay Rate: $53.00/Hour - $55.00/Hour
Travel Rate: Estimated Gross Weekly Up to $2,200/Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Gardner, MA. The RN will provide comprehensive critical care services to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients and continuously monitor patient conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess, document, and communicate patient status changes with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and care protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of ICU unit Experience - Required
Certifications & Licensure:
- Active Massachusetts RN License – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- ACLS Certification – Required (or obtain within 60 days of hire)
- CCRN Certification – Preferred
