Salary: $82,950.40 – $128,564.80/ year
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or Associate's Degree with additional qualifying experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of progressive Revenue Cycle leadership experience) - Required
- 5 years of Patient Accounting, Revenue Cycle, or Third-Party Reimbursement experience - Required
- 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience - Required
- Insurance AR and Revenue Cycle management experience - Required
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Insurance Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
- Oversee billing, collections, denials, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor AR performance, productivity, and payer compliance.
- Prepare reports, analyze trends, and improve Revenue Cycle processes.
- Coach and develop staff while ensuring quality standards.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Physician Practices, and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
