Co-Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Co-Director to join our educational leadership team. Duties

• Lead curriculum development initiatives aligned with educational standards and innovative teaching practices
• Collaborate on strategic planning to set goals for school growth, program enhancement, and community engagement
• Manage budgets effectively, including overseeing financial planning, resource allocation, and ensuring fiscal responsibility as an executive education administrator
• Facilitate professional development sessions for faculty and staff to promote instructional excellence and compliance with educational regulations
• Supervise school personnel, including teachers, administrative staff, and support personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to legal standards such as special education law
• Oversee school administrative functions, including legal compliance, student enrollment processes, and operational policies
• Evaluate faculty performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development
• Engage in fundraising efforts to secure resources for program expansion and facility improvements
• Represent the school at public events, fostering community relationships through confident public speaking and advocacy

Requirements

• Proven experience in school administration or as a school director with a strong background in education management
• Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership in K-12 settings, and early childhood education principles
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets and supervising teams within an educational environment
• Familiarity with educational compliance regulations, including special education law and childhood development standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, facilitate professional growth, and build collaborative teams
• Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, stakeholder engagement, and team management
• Classroom teaching experience in early childhood or K-12 education preferred
• Knowledge of school legal frameworks and personnel management best practices in education settings
• Ability to develop strategic plans that align with institutional goals while fostering an inclusive learning environment
