Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic pipeline of assigned projects, collaborating closely with the design, strategy, and sales teams to prioritize requests effectively.
- Recommend and select the perfect style, graphics, images, and other visual elements to amplify project objectives.
- Deliver high-quality work promptly, ensuring adherence to both client and athletics brand guidelines for sponsored creative.
- Infuse projects with fresh and imaginative ideas, translating them into stunning designs that elevate project objectives.
- Maintain meticulous project tracking and provide regular updates via a centralized process.
- Manage revisions to the work with agility and precision, ensuring sales teams' and clients' satisfaction.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage colleagues and management, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Embrace a positive team mentality, contributing to a supportive work culture that thrives on creativity and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design (or related field)
- 2 years of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience
- 0-2 years of design experience in designing for multiple media formats
- Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
- Strong creative portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and ability to design for a variety of needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
