- Removing or neutralizing chemicals, solid materials, and organisms in wastewater so that the water is not polluted when it is returned to the environment.
- Taking samples and monitoring treatment to ensure treated water is safe for intended use.
- Performing in-plant maintenance including cleaning, servicing, lubricating, and repairing pumps, chemical feed equipment, and other mechanical devices regularly found in water, wastewater and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.

- Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for a prolonged amount of time.
