- Growing margin on awarded programs
- Seeking out new business opportunities
- Growing the top line revenue for assigned customers
- Processing and creating quotations to our customers
- Follow up on quality or material delivery concerns
- Identify key decision makers at potential customers and develop business relationships in order to secure new business
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- 3-5 Years of sales or account management experience focused on direct OEM accounts
- Experience in negotiating premium cost claims with OEM customers
- Experience in tracking price changes, maintaining accurate records of changes including margin impacts
- Ability to understand drawing and technical information
- Experience with tracking margin improvement by capitalizing on EC's, CTO, and one-time commercial opportunities
- Seating experience
- Finance experience
