PLYMOUTH, IN WAREHOUSE
- Perform Routine Duties requiring use of a variety of Practices and Procedures in general accounting, Accounts Receivable and Payable and Payroll
- Create Journal Entries for Misc. Cash, Property Tax, Prepaids, Salary Bonus, Fixed Assets, Depreciation, and Intercompany Payments and receipts.
- Do monthly reconciliations of all Accounts as assigned.
- Prepare consolidated Netting Report
- Prepare and verify Payroll for Hourly employees weekly in Kronos.
- Provide support for Physical Inventory.
- Prepare and Champion Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and submission.
- Prepare annual User Reviews.
- Book all charges from Corporate to the General Ledger at month end
- Prepare and maintain standard product pricing.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Personal Advancement and achievement, learning new skills.
- Interacting with other departments to achieve Company goals.
- Cross training and honing skills in accounting and software programs.
- Team Building is a focus in the Finance Group, and an integral part of the Lear dynamic.
- High School Diploma/GED Required, Associates Degree in Accounting or Bachelors, preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 360.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with QAD software
- Experience with PeopleSoft system
- Experience using Kronos.
