Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, visual motor, self-care, and feeding needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions.
- Complete evaluations, progress reports and daily documentation in a timely manner.
- Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers regarding treatment goals and home programs.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements.
Requirements:
- Current Florida Occupational Therapist license.
- Pediatric experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
