Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and installation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment installed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Field Service professional in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including refrigeration mechanics and ammonia refrigeration.
- Ability to perform equipment repair and property maintenance tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
