Leaps & Bounds Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company serving Lemoyne, Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team full-time and be the welcoming voice of our company.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Lemoyne, PA
- Type: Full-time, in-office
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for HVAC service and installations
- Provide exceptional customer support and follow up on service requests
- Assist with dispatching technicians and updating schedules
- Process customer information and maintain accurate records
- Support the office team with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
