What are the responsibilities and job description for the HIRING INFANT/TODDLER TEACHER position at Leaps and Bounds?
COMPENSATION IS BASED UPON EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION!
We are looking for a committed Teacher to join our skilled group of educators! You will be responsible for a great group of energetic children! Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lesson Planning
- Crafts and Activities
- Creating a calm yet engaging learning environment
- Communicating with Families, Members of Staff, and Director
- Cleaning and Organizing in Classroom
Our ideal candidate will love what she does, coming in each day excited for what the day has to bring. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help create a home away from home where children are comfortable and excited to participate.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience as a teacher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to become CPR/First Aid certified
- Core units in Child Development and Education
- Infant/Toddler Units are a Plus!
