🎯Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, or procurement reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, MS D365, etc.).
- Background in strategic sourcing within a mid-to-large organization preferred.
- CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM certifications are a plus.
💻What You'll Do:
- Lead sourcing initiatives, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop category strategies and supplier partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and leadership teams.
- Support contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
- Drive procurement process improvements and reporting initiatives.
💰Compensation:
