Leapfrog Brands
Chicago, IL Full Time
POSTED ON 4/26/2026

Who We Are

As one of the fastest-growing on-the-go drinkware companies in America, we’ve got a reputation for doing great things. Our vision is simple - bring delight to eating and drinking.

Delight is different to everyone. Whether it’s the perfect cup of coffee, or a water bottle that helps you crush your workout, our mission is to make it look great, function perfectly and cost less than you’d expect.

Delivering on this promise takes extraordinary efforts and exceptional people. Through our teams’ ingenuity and grit, we’ve created a place where the best ideas win, and they can come from anyone. Our culture combines the scrappy spirit of a startup with the perks of a market leader.

We believe the right way to design products starts and ends with two key ingredients: process people. Process is the path that takes us from ideas to products that are on brand, on time and on budget. People are the secret sauce that adds ingenuity every step of the way.

Together, we navigate each day with optimism, curiosity, a healthy sense of humor and a strong allergy to the word “no.” This desire for better, coupled with a deep understanding of consumers’ daily lives, gets us to meaningful delight.

About The Role

Leapfrog is excited to add to our Project Management team! In this role, you’ll drive new product development from concept to launch, owning timelines, solving problems, and pushing projects forward when things get messy. You’ll work across teams and with factory partners to turn ideas into real, shipped products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and relentless about getting things across the finish line!

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, milestone checklists, and facilitate necessary project coordination meetings.
  • Plan effectively, manage stakeholders, set realistic project timelines, and provide status updates during the S&OP process.
  • Report project progress to stakeholders and leadership through various communication mediums (presentations, dashboards, emails, etc.).
  • Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders, especially factory partners, and collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, R&D, and other functions.
  • Identify and communicate constraints and supplier issues affecting timelines and budgets, and recommend process improvements.
  • Motivate and influence project team members and contractors to ensure accountability and positive action, fostering effective communication skills within the team.
  • Recognize and celebrate team and individual successes.
  • Develop and implement process documents such as checklists and production plan templates, and work with the PMO team to implement project/portfolio process improvements.
  • Assist in post-launch audits to recommend continuous improvements for project execution and standardize guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Engineering, or related Analytical Discipline
  • 4 years experience leading projects and programs with mid to high complexity within the consumer products industry
  • Demonstrated familiarity with structured project management methodologies alongside project planning tools (SmartSheets and Basecamp preferred)
  • Logical and creative problem-solving and analytical skills required
  • Comfortable and effective working cross-functionally at all levels and in a team environment
  • Ability to embrace transparency and adapt to shifting priorities, while learning from each decision and maintaining focus on progress
