Telling their stories is an integral part of writing our own.About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our boutique on Melrose. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive team performance and development, fostering a culture that embodies the brand’s commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experiences.In this role, you will inspire your team to deliver memorable, elevated customer experiences while supporting the store’s operational success. In partnership with the General Manager, you will help hire and develop top talent, implement sales and client retention strategies, and uphold the brand’s high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory management. You will also support the planning and execution of in-store events and brand-driven activations, ensuring they reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and create meaningful experiences for clients.You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless, client-centered experience while supporting daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Additionally, you will assist in executing promotional events and activations, helping to engage clients and elevate the brand presence in-market.
