We’re looking for a proactive Sales Support Representative to join our Clean Energy Projects team. You’ll receive full training to become knowledgeable in solar, battery storage, heat pumps, and home improvement solutions.
You’ll support our sales team, improve the customer experience and ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming sales calls and emails.
- Provide friendly, professional communication to make a great first impression.
- Prequalify leads by gathering information from homeowners and business owners.
- Schedule appointments for energy consultants.
- Collect customer energy usage data and enter information into our CRM accurately.
- Maintain organized job files and client records.
- Follow-up unresponsive leads.
- Send thank-you gifts to referral partners.
- Assemble and deliver client Owner’s Manuals.
- Track and report solar production after system installation using online monitoring tools.
- Research and prepare materials for customer visits and neighborhood marketing.
- Assist with outreach, promotions, and referral programs.
- Support the Business Development Manager with marketing tasks.
- Help with SolarCraft digital content, videos, and event participation.
What You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- 6 months of customer service experience.
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
- AA degree or higher preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
- Motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
