Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and other daily routines to ensure safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor children's behavior and apply effective behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns.
- Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs in compliance with health standards.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols including first aid procedures to ensure a secure environment at all times.
Skills
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques.
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management skills.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs.

- Experience with infant care, toddler care, or early childhood education is preferred.
