Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 Base Bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale a growing multi-site healthcare services organization. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance across multiple locations, support acquisition integration, and build the systems, processes, and reporting structure needed for continued growth.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with experience in healthcare services, behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, or another multi-site services environment. This person should be comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical level, using data to improve accountability, identify opportunities, and create scalable infrastructure across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site healthcare services platform
• Drive operational performance, accountability, and execution across all locations
• Lead post-acquisition integration efforts and develop repeatable integration playbooks
• Own KPI dashboards, enterprise reporting, and performance tracking
• Establish and monitor operational, financial, clinical, and workforce metrics
• Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships
• Work with IT and technology partners to improve systems, reporting, and operational visibility
• Manage leases, property insurance, facilities, and site-level operational needs
• Build scalable infrastructure, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create consistency across locations while supporting growth and future acquisitions
Qualifications
• 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA preferred
• Multi-site healthcare services experience strongly preferred
• Behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, or related healthcare services experience preferred
• Proven experience leading operations across multiple locations
• Experience with acquisition integration and building scalable operational processes
• Strong KPI, dashboard, reporting, and analytics experience
• Ability to manage vendors, technology partners, facilities, leases, and operational contracts
• Strong financial and operational acumen
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build accountability through metrics
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
