Senior Financial Analyst - Tech

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support key business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve financial performance.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Support revenue and expense analysis, identifying trends and potential risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product teams, to align financial goals with business objectives.

• Participate in pricing strategy analysis and profitability assessments.

• Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, acquisitions, and financial modeling for new initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

• Strong experience with financial tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
