About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Director of Franchise Sales to accelerate growth for our early childhood education brand. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who understands the franchise lifecycle from lead generation to grand opening and can inspire entrepreneurs to join a mission-driven brand that’s changing lives through education.
As the Director of Franchise Sales, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the company’s franchise development strategy, driving new franchise agreements, and supporting qualified candidates through every stage of the discovery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full franchise sales cycle from inquiry to signed agreement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual growth and development goals.
- Qualify leads based on financial capability, cultural alignment, and operational readiness.
- Conduct discovery calls, webinars, and in-person meetings to educate candidates on the brand opportunity.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation, digital campaigns, and broker relationships.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting through the CRM system.
- Partner with Operations and Real Estate teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale.
- Represent the brand at franchise expos, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide competitive analysis and market insights to inform development strategy.
- Ensure all franchise sales activities comply with FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) and FTC guidelines.
Qualifications
- 7 years of franchise development or franchise sales experience, ideally within education, childcare, or service-based sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding franchise growth targets.
- Strong understanding of franchise legal processes, FDD regulations, and qualification standards.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable selling to entrepreneurs and investors alike.
- Experience working with franchise brokers and lead generation platforms.
- Self-starter with high accountability and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in early childhood education, learning centers, or service franchising.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, FranConnect, or Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
