Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral therapy programs, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Duties
- Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults, ensuring engagement and adherence to therapeutic goals
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Educate families and staff on behavioral techniques, intervention strategies, and progress updates to support ongoing development
Requirements
- Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Demonstrate experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy methods, and data collection techniques
- Ability to perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute interventions effectively
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations including families, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, education, or related field; master’s degree preferred
