Job Summary

Duties
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across various departments, including technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal staffing needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and employee development programs.
- Manage HR sourcing activities through social media management, cold calling, research, and relationship management to identify high-potential candidates.
- Oversee employment compliance by understanding employment & labor law requirements and maintaining accurate contracts and employee records in HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
- Support employee orientation, performance evaluations, employee relations, and training & development initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting across diverse roles with strong skills in negotiation, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, or Paychex for employee data management.
- Knowledge of employment law regulations and best practices related to contracts and labor standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Taleo as well as social media management for sourcing candidates.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and lead generation for talent pools.
