- Collaborate with administration, early college director, and faculty regarding senior class activities and events.
- Maintain accurate records related to senior activities and required documentation.
- Communicate regularly with students and families regarding senior events, important dates, and deadlines.
- Coordinate senior meetings and disseminate information to the senior class.

Plan and organize senior activities, including:
- Senior Class Meetings
- Senior Sunrise/Senior Sunset
- Senior Awards
- Senior Decision Day
- Graduation Rehearsals
- Senior Breakfast and other approved events
- Support the collection of senior dues, forms, and required documentation.
- Attend required meetings and senior-related events outside of the regular school day as needed.
- Serve as a positive mentor and advocate for the senior class.
- Current LEAP Academy High School staff member in good standing.
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
