Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-LBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy initiatives, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress and positive outcomes for clients with autism and other behavioral health needs. Duties

  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine appropriate interventions.
  • Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on ABA techniques, data collection, and patient care protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation, records, and confidentiality standards.
  • Lead patient assessments focusing on behavioral health, medical terminology, and developmental milestones to inform effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Valid BCBA-LBA certification with current licensure or certification in good standing.
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation, records management, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings.
  • Excellent patient care skills with the ability to perform thorough intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring privacy and security of sensitive medical information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
