Customer Service Representative

Join our growing and dynamic Farmers Insurance Agency! We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, proactive, and a strong problem-solver
• Organized, with great time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with technology and computer systems
• A genuine desire to help people and contribute to a positive team culture
• Able to obtain a P&C license within 60 days (we'll support you through the process)

• 
  Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued policyholders
• Assist clients with payments, policy changes, and insurance questions
• Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions
• Maintain and update client records and policy databases (APEX)
• Review daily retention, underwriting alerts, and policy processing notifications
• Contact clients regarding cancellations or renewal changes
• Prepare files and support annual review appointments for Account Executives
• File and organize documents for new and existing clients
• Identify coverage gaps and referral opportunities to support our producers
