What are the responsibilities and job description for the BOH Manager position at Leaning Tower of Pizza?
Now hiring Back of House managers. Hours range anywhere from 25 per week to 35 per week.
Daily food prep work, making pizzas, cutting pizzas, fry cook, dish washing, sweeping, mopping, misc. cleaning, taking phone orders, use of POS system, closing the restaurant and more.
BOH manager: Responsible for all items listed above plus managing a shift of roughly 10 - 12 people, daily book work, some vendor ordering, employee evaluations and more. Must be 18 years or older due to regulations of operating some equipment. Hours per week average 25 - 35 mainly evening hours with some day hours occasionaly. Weekend hours are required. Hourly rate is DOE - Determined on Experience.
