Role Description
We are looking for an Independent Field Sales Representative for the Marin and Sonoma counties in California. Candidate must live in or closely adjacent to the territory. The role involves directly engaging with clients to promote and sell Leanin' Tree greeting cards and gift products. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Representative will manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in relationship-building and account management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
- Self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work autonomously
- Familiarity with the greeting card industry or experience in related sales is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally to service retail locations
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and software for maintaining records and reading reports
- High school diploma or relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
