Project Manager
Underground Utility Construction

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee trenchless rehabilitation, underground utility, sewer, storm drain, waterline, plumbing, excavation, and infrastructure construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from contract award through closeout while managing schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, customer relationships, and field operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction and utility projects simultaneously from kickoff through project completion.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project schedules.
  • Monitor project budgets, job costing, profitability, and change order management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, municipalities, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct project planning meetings and maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Review contracts, scopes of work, permits, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Resolve project challenges and coordinate field operations with company leadership.
  • Track production metrics, labor utilization, project performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare project reports and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive successful project execution while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, operations management, or military leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams, schedules, resources, and project budgets.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Experience within construction, utilities, infrastructure, facilities, public works, military engineering, or industrial operations environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with project planning, coordination, and project documentation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Location Requirements

  • Projects located throughout the Pacific Northwest.
  • Position may require travel to project sites as needed.
  • Gig Harbor, WA
  • Service Area: Western Washington (King County, Pierce County, Seattle Metro and surrounding areas)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
