The Role
The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations & Program Delivery will lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple manufacturing sites — spanning process optimization, capacity expansion, new product commercialization, and operational excellence.
This individual will partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact across cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee the regional portfolio of manufacturing and operational programs — ensuring alignment with business strategy, budget, and execution timelines.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Drive collaboration across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and HR to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Champion continuous improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and PMI principles to standardize best practices and improve OEE and throughput.
- Capital Projects: Manage CAPEX initiatives, from business case development through commissioning and operational readiness.
- Governance & Risk: Establish project controls, risk frameworks, and reporting cadence for executive stakeholders.
- Performance Visibility: Deliver clear, data-driven program dashboards, highlighting key achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Industrial Management; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience leading manufacturing or operations programs in FMCG, food, or process industries.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-site initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen; experienced in building business cases and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging at plant and executive levels.
- Professional certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
