We’re looking for a dependable, technically capable team member to support our clients during afternoon and evening hours.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and macOS workstations, printers, basic networking, and Microsoft 365.
- Handle incoming support requests during our afternoon coverage window.
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with the rest of the support team.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and occasional projects as needed.

- Solid technical foundation: Comfortable supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, printers, and Microsoft 365.
- Reliable and consistent: Able to commit to a steady Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm schedule.
- Self-directed: You can work independently, manage time well, and follow documented processes.
- Remote-capable: Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, email, and basic networking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus but not required.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 administration or security features
- Azure Virtual Machines, VMware, or Hyper-V
- Experience with Fortinet, Meraki, Aruba, Ubiquiti, or similar network equipment
