Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Help customers select meals and products that fit their goals and needs
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront
- Assist with stocking inventory and merchandising products
- Support meal preparation, packaging, and kitchen operations as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Represent the Lean Kitchen brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
