Role Description The Brand Ambassador role at Lean Kitchen Co is a full-time, hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing the brand in-store and at local events, engaging with customers, answering product and nutrition-related questions, and promoting the benefits of Lean Kitchen Co’s healthy prepared meals. The Brand Ambassador will help build brand awareness through direct customer interactions, social media support, and community outreach activities.

- Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to effectively represent Lean Kitchen Co and support local marketing efforts.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and community partners.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or health-focused environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, and to travel locally for events as needed.
- Basic understanding of nutrition or interest in healthy eating and wellness is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, communications, or health-related fields is a plus.
Pay is $16.00 an hour plus 5% commission on sales.
