Join our vibrant health-focused retail team as a Health Store Sales Associate! In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face guiding customers through their wellness journey, providing expert product knowledge, and creating an inviting shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for health and wellness will inspire customers to make informed choices, while your proactive approach ensures the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their health needs
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various health supplements, vitamins, and wellness items
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, organized inventory
• Perform stock replenishment tasks, including stocking shelves and managing inventory levels
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or health/wellness environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to oversee daily store operations
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
• Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or health product sales is beneficial for understanding customer expectations and store procedures

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
