Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director, located in Henrico, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Director will lead sales operations, manage a sales team, develop business strategies, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, overseeing sales processes, mentoring sales staff, identifying business opportunities, and fostering customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to demonstrate product/service value
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Maintain and update CRM database with detailed customer interactions and sales activities
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product development
