Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst located in Henrico, VA, with the option for some work-from-home days. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing business processes, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Daily tasks include conducting detailed business analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with a team to identify and address client problems and challenges.
• Gather and analyze information, develop and test hypotheses, and create actionable recommendations for clients.
• Present findings and recommendations to client management in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with client team members to implement recommendations and ensure lasting improvements.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
- Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in developing Business Processes and documenting Business Requirements
- Ability to identify business opportunities and implement improvements
- Proficiency in data visualization and familiarity with the Salesforce platform is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
