  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality
  • Practical mechanical aptitude and willingness to support hands-on work
  • Ability to work effectively in a small-business environment where ownership, initiative, and follow-through matter
  • Familiarity with NDT methods, leak testing, vacuum systems, pressure systems, or regulated-industry work is a plus

Preferred Experience
  • Navy nuclear, shipyard, power generation, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability operations experience
  • Experience with pressure systems, vacuum systems, helium leak testing, mechanical testing, or NDT support
  • Experience supporting procedure-driven work in regulated environments
  • Exposure to ASNT, ANSI/ASNT, NQA-1, ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality and qualification frameworks
  • Experience supporting field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, or test equipment readiness
  • Early-career candidates with strong technical fundamentals and a high learning ceiling are encouraged to apply
