What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Leah Martin Law?
Fast paced, expanding Nevada and Arizona law firm seeks experienced Nevada Litigation Attorney. Work will include court appearances, depositions, discovery, motion practice, as well as litigation strategy with an emphasis on business law. Some contract review and business transactional tasks may also be required. Our ideal candidate will have high standards and excellent attention to detail, be forward thinking, well-spoken, punctual, and a relaxed team player. This position will provide an opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve superior results. A minimum of three years of litigation experience is preferred. Nevada bar admission required. This is an in-office position.
