Our agency opened in October 2025 and were currently a growing team of three plus myself. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a strong foundation for building my own office.
Im a proud Sumter native and a graduate of Clemson University, where I earned my B.S. in Economics. Im a big family person and love spending time outdoors. I also serve as a track coach and enjoy staying involved in the community through local events and the Chamber of Commerce.
For our team, we offer team lunches, ongoing training and development, 10 days of PTO, 5 sick days, licensing reimbursement, and a 401(k). When the team hits goals, we also celebrate with incentives like a four-day work week. We enjoy things like coffee mornings and creating opportunities to connect as a team.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
