The City of Chippewa Falls is seeking its first City Administrator in nearly 20 years-an exceptional opportunity to lead a vibrant west-central Wisconsin community. As the County Seat, Chippewa Falls offers a strong economy, engaged residents, quality schools, healthcare, recreation, and a historic downtown alongside growing development.
The ideal candidate brings experience in budgeting, organizational leadership, economic development, and human resources, along with integrity, collaboration, and a strong work ethic. Key priorities include economic development, housing, budgeting, implementing a compensation study, capital improvement planning, and managing TIF projects.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in public administration or a related field (master's preferred) and at least five years of progressive municipal management experience.
