Position Description:
We are looking for a Technical Alignment Manager (TAM) to join our team and provide strategic guidance and technical support to our clients. As a Technical Alignment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' IT systems and processes are aligned with their business objectives and industry best practices. You will also oversee the delivery of our managed services, including network, security, cloud, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. We offer a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days working from home after a training period.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Technical Alignment Manager customer facing role and responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct regular technical alignment reviews and audits to assess the current state and maturity of clients' IT environments.
- Provide recommendations for roadmaps for improving clients' IT performance, security, and compliance.
- Meets with decision makers / client to review client tickets, receive updated information, and get any other required information to help LeafTech provide better overall support.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of our managed services and solutions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Have an intimate knowledge of the client's business workflows and operations.
- Responsible for ensuring proper licensing quantities as it relates to LOB applications like M365, Azure, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collect technical and business requirements from clients to deliver to sales for estimate building and quoting.
- Create, modify, and manipulate Microsoft Word documents at an intermediate level.
- Create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets and formulas at an intermediate level.
- Organize and prioritize multiple competing priorities and requests.
- Track and document time spent on clients.
- Manage LeafTech standards as they relate to client infrastructure and ensure they meet client needs.
- Learn multiple products, features, technology solutions used within the company.

Education / Experience / Certification Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven time management & scheduling abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- An associate degree or higher
Work Environment and Physical Activities
- Professional office setting
- Minimal travel – almost entirely via car in and around the Denver Metro region; occasional travel within the continental US
