We are looking for someone to join our year round team for summer camp and after school care!

Schedule

• 8 hour shift Monday-Friday in summer
• 20-30 hours Monday-Friday during the school year
• Flexible to accommodate college schedules
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Driving for offsite activities such as swimming and field trips and participating in swimming
• Flexibility to work with any age group from Kindergarten through 7th grade
• Supporting snacks, meals, outside time, and activities throughout the day
• Interacting with children in a positive and meaningful way
• Actively participating and engaging in play and activities
• Helping to give students and campers the best day, every day!
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidate must meet driving requirements: over 21, driving for 5 or more years, good driving record.
• Experience working with children in a camp or childcare setting
• Strong childcare skills and knowledge of childhood development
• Ability to manage a large group of children and handle behaviors in a kind and positive manner
• Ability to work with other counselors to provide excellent care
• Certification in CPR/First Aid and MAT is a bonus (training will be provided to those who do not have their certification)
