Retail and Events Field-Based Brand Ambassador

20 - 35 HOURS PER WEEK. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!

LeafGuard® is a well-established, successful and growing home improvement company, best known for our one-piece gutter system that helps protect homes from water damage. We are looking for energetic, dependable, part-time Lead Generators to represent LeafGuard inside major retail warehouse locations and at local home shows and community events.

This role is the first face customers see. You will work from a LeafGuard display, start friendly conversations with shoppers, share a quick overview of our product, and set up homeowners for a free in-home meeting with our design team. You may be scheduled in any of the following settings:

· Roadshows - a pop-up banner and podium display that you set up at the start of your shift and take down at the end.

· Kiosk shifts at the fenceline - a standing display near the store entrance with no setup or takedown required.

· Local home shows and community events - a LeafGuard booth or display that you help set up, staff, and take down, doing the same customer engagement and lead generation work.

If you enjoy talking to people, want a reliable part-time schedule, and like being paid for results, this is the job for you. No home improvement experience is required - we will train you.

Represent LeafGuard professionally at assigned retail warehouse locations, local home shows, and community events.

· Set up and take down the pop-up banner and podium display for roadshow shifts, and keep the display area clean, organized, and on brand.

· Staff kiosk displays at the fenceline, where no additional setup is required.

· Engage shoppers in a warm, respectful, conversational way - engaging and approachable, never pushy or aggressive.

· Give a short, accurate overview of LeafGuard products, features, and benefits, and answer basic questions.

· Identify interested homeowners and schedule complimentary in-home meetings with our sales team.

· Accurately collect and enter customer contact and appointment information on a tablet or other device.

· Generate a minimum of five (5) qualified leads per day at a busy retail location.

· Arrive on time and fully prepared for every scheduled shift.

· Communicate proactively and promptly with your manager on scheduling, daily results, and any issues at the location.

· Follow all LeafGuard and host retailer policies, procedures, and conduct standards.

· Report daily lead activity and customer feedback to your manager.

· Attend required training sessions and team meetings.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Outstanding communication - responds quickly to calls and texts, confirms shifts in advance, and raises concerns early rather than late.

· Absolute dependability. Shifts are committed to in advance and no-shows are not acceptable.

· An outgoing, friendly personality with a real desire to meet new people.

· Comfortable starting conversations with strangers while reading the room and respecting a "no thank you."

· Professional appearance, attitude, and behavior at all times while representing LeafGuard and our retail partner.

· Comfortable working toward a daily goal of at least five qualified leads in a high-traffic location.

· Able to learn our product quickly and explain it clearly and honestly.

· Comfortable entering customer information on a tablet or smartphone.

· Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned locations.

· Previous retail, customer service, promotions, appointment setting, or lead generation experience is helpful but not required.

Part-time, 20 - 35 hours per week, including weekends.

· $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

· Commission paid on each generated lead that results in a completed in-home demonstration, paid out every other week. The commission schedule is provided at hire.

· Weekly pay on hourly wages. Commissions are paid every other week.

· Paid training provided.

Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods throughout a shift.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

· Ability to set up, take down, transport, and store banner and podium display materials, including bending and reaching.
