Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vape and glass products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments
- Uphold store policies and procedures, including age verification for tobacco and vaping products
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
