Position Summary: Responsible for daily epoxy flooring installation. Completing full onsite customer installations as well as product sizing, adjustments, and customizing using provided equipment. While maintaining a white-glove customer service experience 100% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
• Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes
• Provide excellent customer service experience while on the job site
• Follow established job site safety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures
• Solve onsite installation challenges through product measuring, adjustments, and customizations including use of essential hand tools and battery-operated tools
• Must be able to operate a company-provisioned vehicle
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in decorative concrete experience (epoxy, acrylics, urethane, polyaspartic, polyurea, overlay, residential, commercial, etc.)
• Ability to operate a company vehicle with a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel as needed
• Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail with communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.
• Expected to oversee the production and efficiency of the install truck for their office
• Count and manage the inventory
• Report install and service work to Install Manager

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

• Additional Hours May Be Required (Exempt Positions)

Physical Requirements

• Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment
• Ability to follow all OSHA regulations including wearing a respirator as needed.
• Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
• Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, &/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, &/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
