Title: Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst (W2 only)
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Hybrid (required onsite Tuesday through Thursday) - Fort Worth, TX 76155
Interview Process: Interviews will be 2 rounds: 1st 30 min virtual, 2nd 1 hour onsite
Pay rate: $61.80/hr on W2
About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst to join the Customer Intelligence Division within a leading airline industry's Digital Analytics Implementation Team. This analyst will be responsible for driving accurate and efficient digital data collection, maintaining tag management systems, and ensuring the integrity of analytics data across web and mobile platforms.
Required Qualifications
Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Data Layer Implementation and knowledge of tag manager tools such as Tealium or similar.
- Strong expertise in data collection mapping for Adobe Analytics (both web and native app), data feeds, and performing issue analysis.
- Experience in data validation, identifying tagging and data collection issues, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, technology teams, and vendors, to define analytics requirements and implement tracking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc.).
- Implement and enhance data layer structures for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and vendors to define analytics requirements and tracking strategies.
- Conduct QA and validation of analytics data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Configure marketing pixels and manage analytics dashboards, classifications, and custom metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and provide insights that drive digital customer experience improvements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and measurement strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android SDKs for mobile analytics tracking.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
- Experience with SQL and Agile project environments.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
