Job Title: Streaming Industry Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Burbank, CA

Duration: 3 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.75 per hr on W2

The Job:

The main function of Associate Global Promotions & Brand Product is to provide high-level tactical support by assisting with a large volume (30 ), wide portfolio of projects; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials and guidelines; managing samples inventory; heavy meeting scheduling and agenda management ; maintaining databases; preparing reports; owning social support process; heavy internal and external communications and information sharing.

The Daily - Major Activities:

• Prospect new business via email outreach

• Customize pitch materials; support pitches as needed

• Research and respond to licensee requests

• Maintain calendars & trackers weekly

• Oversee meeting scheduling and agenda management

• Input PR/ social support & newsletter requests

• Collect samples; manage requests for product

• Update and socialize guidelines

• Create and process deal point memos and associated documents

• Under guidance of Director, support global promotions program executions; provide scope clarity and approvals as needed

• Handle collection of forecasts, accruals, and royalty statements

• On-board new licensees

• Manage NDAs and *** event/trade show invites

• Other projects as required assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience...

Work Experience

3 years of experience with background in Consumer Products, Licensing, Promotions, or Partnerships required; entertainment experience preferred

Education

BA/BS degree with coursework in business, marketing, or related field strongly preferred

Knowledge/Skills

• Basic licensing or marketing/promotions industry knowledge with intellectual curiosity

• Detail oriented, organized, self-starter, coachable

• Ability to create and deliver pitches/presentations

• Must be able to handle very high volume (30 ) of projects, prioritize assignments, and meet critical deadlines

• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills

• Team player with proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively cross-functionally

• Strong and varied computer software knowledge required (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, Monday.com, etc)

• Photoshop and/or Illustrator knowledge is a plus
