Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Duration: 3 Months Contract with Possible extension

Location: Hybrid in Knoxville, TN 37919 (2 Days Onsite)

Max Hourly Pay Rate: $40.00 per hr on W2

What We Do/Project

Support and assist in the production of custom ad sales marketing projects across *** linear and digital properties. You will get the unique opportunity to support high profile programs and marketing initiatives across well-known media brands. You will have the opportunity to work with various clients and partners from well-known brands.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

• Gather, organize, and manage assets for sponsor content integration projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to coordinate sponsorship needs and deliverables
• Communicate with clients, agencies, Account Executives, Sales Planners, and Campaign Specialists regarding timelines, mockups, and other sponsorship details.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative
• Manage advertiser content (recipes, photos, videos) in a web content management system
• Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system
• Generate reports to summarize project statuses
• Provide support to overall marketing activation team as directed

Must Have Skills / Requirements

1) Project Management Experience

• 3 years; Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Keeping records updated within a centralized system/tracker. Managing timelines and expectations.

2) Professional Communication Experience

• 3 years; Ability to manage a high volume of email correspondence and meeting scheduling. Strong interpersonal skills, and clear communication both written and verbal for internal and external stakeholders.

3) Creative Problem-Solving Expertise

• 3 years; Ability to take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness to solution logistical challenges and other concerns. Ability to independently think on how to solve an issue prior to escalating.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

1) Marketing strategy, Social Media Marketing, or Advertising experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

1) Prior experience, internships, or coursework in advertising sales, media, or digital marketing

2) Excellent written and oral communication skills

3) Strong attention to detail

4) Organizational and time management skills

5) Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks

6) Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

7) Fluent in business communications, meeting scheduling, and other administrative duties.

Technology Requirements:

1) Sharp understanding of all digital platforms (web, video, mobile, social)

2) Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required

Education / Certifications

1) B/A in communications or equivalent fields.
