Your work will drive informed, data-driven decision-making and help optimize processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the account matching and mapping process ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and support business decision-making.
- Analyze complex datasets from various sources (including Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake) to identify trends and anomalies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on analytics
- Strong data analysis in Google Sheet/Excel
- Writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction
- Salesforce (CRM) - Account, Opportunity, Reports and related fields
- General Business Processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support)
- Fundamental IT concepts (databases, security, networking) and basic programming concepts
